I never would have thought that I would be running a business out of the comfort of my own home. I have taken Health and Fitness to a new level of love! It means so much to me that I can connect with my Challengers through Livable Lifestyle and my Challenge Groups. I have never lost a beat for my clientele who love Personal Training. Group Exercise classes like Piyo and Pilates, plus Conditioning classes can all be done online. I can reach out and my Silver Sneakers can get in done in the privacy of their own home. I can reach so many people all the world. It is fantastic and a dream come true to help people.
