Welcoming personal training for adults 55 and beyond at Wulf and Buchanan Recreation Centers in Evergreen, Colorado. Silver Strong is my focus for adults 65 and up.
WHO I HELP
I work with adults who want to build strength, balance, mobility, and confidence—including people who feel unsure in the weight room, are returning after time away, or want to stay ready for travel, hiking, gardening, pickleball, swimming, skiing, and everyday life.

You do not need to know the machines or have a perfect starting point. Your intake forms, assessment, and careful equipment setup help me understand where you are today. We will take it one step at a time with patience, clear explanations, and encouragement.
HOW TO START
CONSISTENCY BUILDS CONFIDENCE
New clients begin with a five-session foundation. This is not mandatory, but highly recommended. My clients who train two or three times per week often benefit from the routine and accountability of a standing appointment. We will choose a pace that fits your ability, recovery, goals, and schedule.
Firestone Fitness is my training business; it is not a separate fitness facility. I train clients at Wulf and Buchanan Recreation Centers.

ABOUT ME
I'm Leslie Firestone, owner of Firestone Fitness. I’m a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, Mat Pilates instructor, and SilverSneakers instructor. I’ve taught fitness since 1990.
My approach is supportive, practical, and adaptable. I create personalized workouts around each client’s goals, health history, fitness level, and schedule. My own experience with neck-fusion surgery and ongoing physical challenges has deepened my empathy and commitment to thoughtful, adaptable movement.
Family is at the center of my life. I have been happily married to Kyle Firestone, and we have two daughters. Our daughter Cassidy died on February 20, 2025, at age 22, after struggling with mental health. I share her story with love and respect because no young person or family should have to face mental-health challenges alone.
