“Dreams don’t work until you take action”

Eons ago, I decided to teach Group Exercise. I taught Zumba and many other fantastic formats.

I loved it so much that I wanted to Personal Train. I enjoy working with clients one on one. You get to know them on a deeper level.

During this time, I met a different demographic of people. So I became a Silver Sneaker instructor. 😍

The world has changed a bit so I had to go with the times. I teach my Group Exercise formats and Silver Sneaker classes by Zoom. www.firestonefitness.net

I still get to Personal Train in-person one on one at my local gym.

I also get to help people make a lifestyle change by supporting them through my private Facebook group called Livable Lifestyle. My participants have access to online programs at their convenience and they have access to eating plans too.

I am very content with my life decisions and I am happy to help others however it works for them!
